In this video, Dr Terrance Li described further on motor complications. Motor fluctuations include (1) wearing off; (2) unpredicted off periods; (3) freezing of gaits; (4) failure of ON response; (5) acute akinesia. Dyskinesia includes (1) peak dose dyskinesia; (2) diphasic dyskinesia; (3) wearing off dystonia. Dr Li also provided some insights on how patients and carers deal with these complications better to increase quality of life.
