Mood Maze Episode 6 - OCD

Many people are not aware of their obsessive thought or repetitive behaviour, these problems would be perceived as a little excessive cleanliness or concern of home safety via repetitive checking. In fact, little of them understood that this is a mental disorder.  A patient shared his OCD experience and difficulties in living a normal life. This OCD problems affected his university study and social life. A private psychiatrist finally helped him to resolve his OCD problems and regain a quality of life.
