Lifestyle is very important to prevent cognitive decline, this is not only about Alzheimer’s Disease but also Vascular Dementia, Fronto Temporal Dementia and Lewy Body Dementia. WHO guidelines development group released 2019 emphasize 7 point lifestyle that is important to prevent Dementia.
We all know that until now Alzheimer’s Disease has no definitive cure in the sense that we have not been able to inhibit the formation of Amyloid β Oligomers, we have not been able to accelerate the process of cleaning Amyloid Oligomer which is toxic and we know Alzheimer’s disease poses a lot of social-economic burdens, in this case, lifestyle will be a major milestone in the prevention of Alzheimer’s Disease.
The language gets less attention than memory, in fact, if we look closely it’s said that even patients with very mild Alzheimer’s Disease already have a language problem, who called Anomia, difficulty finding words and forgot peoples name. This certainly makes patients and their relatives feel uncomfortable communicating with people.
